12 SLRCS volunteers provided PSP support to families north to south of Beruwela division, including regular events on beach for children; volunteers also conducted house to house visits and put families in touch with appropriate resources/help centres in the division.

The project involves construct 800 houses for tsunami affected in Beruwala. Construction of housing is ongoing.

Environmental cash for work cleaning has finished. The RC provides 200 days with excavators, more than 500 days with trucks and cleaned more than 1000 houses.
In house construction project, beneficiary families themselves involve in constructing their houses based on the given architectural plan.
