The Sri Lanka Red Cross Society invites sealed tenders from interested parties for the supply of Sign Boards, printing of Plastic Name Boards details Mentioned below.

Transport and Installation Charges

Individual name board (Plastic) printing (size 12’’ (w) x 6’’ (h) (inches) – 6 colours with 5 logos and letters, with two holes) 2 mm clear plastic sheet. Printed in Digital printed revised pasting plastic sheet. Install with two screws including ‘washer ‘on the front wall (near main door).

a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS) National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. Tender documents will be issued from 15.01.2025 at 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., on all weekdays until 27^th January 2025 at 10.00 a.m. on payment of a non – refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).

b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2025/003 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on any weekday until 24^th January 2025 and until 11.00 a.m. on 27^th January 2025.

c. Eligible suppliers need to provide recent 3 years Audited financial Statements or sign Financial Report.

d. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 27^th January 2025 at 12.00 p.m. at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7.
