U.S. Ambassador Julie Chung Visits Sri Lanka Red Cross; AMCHAM Donates Essential Medicines for Flood-Affected Communities

H.E. Julie Chung, the U.S. Ambassador to Sri Lanka, visited the Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS) and discussed the ongoing humanitarian efforts carried out by SLRCS in response to the severe floods and landslides caused by Cyclone Ditwah.

During the visit, the American Chamber of Commerce in Sri Lanka (AMCHAM) handed over essential medicines to the SLRCS. This contribution will directly support communities in need, enabling the provision of urgent medical care and relief to families affected by the disaster.
