a) Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS) National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, & SLRCS Mannar Branch, No.06, Thalaimannar Road, Chavatkattu, Mannar Island ,Mannar. Tender documents will be issued from 08th December 2025 on 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., all weekdays and until 12.00 a.m. on 15th December 2025  on payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).

 

b) Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2025/026 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ  106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07, and SLRCS Mannar Branch, No.06, Thalaimannar Road, Chavatkattu , Mannar Island , Mannar.  between 09.00am and 4.00pm on any weekday  and until 10.30 am on 15th December 2025.

 

C) Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07.
