The Sri Lanka Red Cross Society invites sealed tenders from interested parties for the supply of School Items Mentioned below.

a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS)National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. Tender documents will be issued from 22.12.2025 on 10.00am to 4.00pm, on all weekdays until 02^nd January 2025 on payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).

b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2025/037 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7,between 09.00am and 4.00pm on any weekday until  01^st  January 2025 and until 10.30am on 02^nd January 2025.

c. Eligible suppliers need to provide recent 3 years Audited financial Statements.

d. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 02^nd January 2023 at 11.00 a.m. at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07.
