SLRCS is calling for sealed quotations from reputed service providers for
Video Production
Reference – SLRCS/PRO/2026/002
We kindly request you to submit a sealed quotation for the service detailed below, on or before 14 January 2025 at 10.30 a.m. The sealed quotation should be addressed to:

Scope of Work:
Video production for the DREF Ditwah Flood and Landslide Response Documentary covering activities in 20 districts out of the 25 district in the country, excluding Galle, Matara, Hambantota, Kalutara, and Monaragala.
The production should include:
- Video coverage ,voice cuts, photography, and editing with narration
- Voice-over and drone footage
- An 08–10 minute documentary video and a social media trailer
- Scriptwriting, translations, and subtitles
Please note that accommodation and transportation will not be provided.
Kindly include the following details in your quotation:
- Quotation validity period
- Payment terms/method
- Confirmation that the final production will be handed over within one (01) month
Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2026/002 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00am and 4.00pm on any weekday until 10.30am on 14th January 2025.
