SLRCS Conducts BDRT Refresher Training to Strengthen Disaster Preparedness of Volunteers in the Kandy Branch
The Sri Lanka Red Cross Society successfully conducted a Branch Disaster Response Team (BDRT) Refresher Training for Kandy Branch, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening preparedness and capacity to serve vulnerable communities.
The training brought together volunteers, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge to effectively respond to disasters and emergencies. It focused on refreshing disaster response techniques, enhancing teamwork, and building the ability of volunteers to act swiftly and efficiently during times of crisis.
