Calling Sealed Quotations

SLRCS is calling for sealed quotations from reputed service providers for Procurement of professional Video production &post-production service

Reference – SLRCS/PRO/2026/032 Specification as below,

a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS)National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. Tender documents will be issued from 30.06.2026 on 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, on all weekdays until 3.00 pm on 13^th July 2026 on payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).

b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2026/032 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ 106 ,Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00am and 4.00 pm on any weekday until 10^th July 2026 and until 3.00pm on 13^th July 2026.

c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 13^th July 2026 at 3.30 pm at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7.

On or before 3.00 p.m. on 13^th July 2026
