The Sri Lanka Red Cross Society invites sealed tenders from interested parties for the Janitorial Service Providers.

| Cleaning requirement | • General cleaning of the common areas and the surrounding of the building
• Overall daily cleaning of the 5th Floor office premises of Sri Lanka Red Cross (Washrooms, Lift Lobby and Interior). |
• General cleaning of the common areas and the surrounding of the building • Overall daily cleaning of the 5th and 4th Floor office premises of Sri Lanka Red Cross(Washrooms, Lift Lobby And Interior). |
| Cleaning requirement of Common Area | • Ground Floor Lobby, lift cabins. Front Glasses and Louver Panel. • FIRE exits. • Public Areas, & Landscaping Areas (Around the Building). • Car Park Areas, Security Points, Garbage Room & Driver’s Rest room & car park Washroom • Roof top • Cleaning Machine Rooms as required. |

a.Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2026/034 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00 am to 4.00 pm on any weekday and until 2.00 pm on 17th July 2026.
b. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 17 July 2026 at 3.30 pm at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07.
