PURCHASE OF SCHOOL PACKS
The Sri Lanka Red Cross Society invites sealed tenders from interested parties for the supply of School Items Mentioned below.
Specifications for School Items
School packs – qty 300 Nos
Strong water-proof school bags Materials: Durable Nylon/ Rexin materials with shoulder straps, with Two compartments, one small compartment on the front to keep the Lunch box, and left and right-side pockets to keep water bottle
Size: Medium Bags-Min 14×18
Packing with a clear wrap (use thick polythene), Pasting a logo( two colour) (4”x8”) sticker

a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS)National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. Tender documents will be issued from 04.08.2026 at 10.00am to 4.00pm, on all weekdays until 14th August 2026 at 10.00am on payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).
b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2026/037 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00am to 4.00pm on any weekday until 1.30pm on 14th August 2026.
c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 14th August 2026 at 2.00 Pm at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7.
