Nurse

(Home Care)

Based in National Headquarters in Colombo

 

HRM 010/2025

 

Attractive Remuneration, depending on the Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

 

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

 

with

 

Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in a recognized healthcare institute.

 

Prior experience in home care settings is considered as an added advantage.

 

 

 

 

 

• Proficiency in administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.

• Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions independently.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families and staff.

• Willingness to travel to patients’ homes and manage care plans according to physician instructions.

• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

• Well-developed oral and written language skills in Sinhala, English and/ or Tamil.

Project Coordinator
(Home Care)

Degree in Bachelor of Science, Public Health or related discipline from a recognized institution.

Three years’ experience in a similar managerial capacity with hands-on experience in implementing health related project is considered as an added advantage.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Proven experience in project coordination, Managerial and Monitoring effectively.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage day-to-day tasks and guide the project team.

• Demonstrated ability in internal and external coordination, working with professionals and, service providers.

• Excellent public relations and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with beneficiaries, caregivers, and staff.

• Well-developed oral and written language skills in Sinhala and English/or Tamil.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for reporting, documentation.
