Sri Lanka Red Cross Society Conducts Five-Day First Aid Training and Simulation Programme for Firefighters

The Sri Lanka Red Cross Society – Colombo Branch conducted a five-day First Aid Training and Simulation Programme for firefighters of the Colombo Fire Service Department.

The programme aimed to strengthen the first aid knowledge and practical skills of frontline emergency responders, enhancing their preparedness to respond effectively to emergencies and provide timely assistance to those in need.

Through initiatives like this, SLRCS continues to support emergency response capacity building and contribute to safer, more resilient communities.
