The Sri Lanka Red Cross Society hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced commercial banks to submit proposals for the role of Financial Service Provider (FSP) for the Humanitarian Cash Assistance Program as following,

Direct bank transfer to individual beneficiaries’ account

Purpose:

This request for tenders may aim to establish a 24 months’ non- exclusive framework agreement with a financial service provider capable of providing country wide cash distribution through individual bank accounts to the affected individuals by the various disasters in Sri Lanka with terms and conditions.

Completed bid documents should be submitted in a sealed cover to the following address, clearly indicating Reference Number (SLRCS/PRO/2025/007) on the top left corner of the envelope. Submissions must be made on or before 10:30 AM on April 28, 2025.
