Calling for Quotations

SLRCS is calling for sealed quotations from reputed service providers for
Hiring an Advertising firm for Mass media and digital media campaign.

Reference – SLRCS/PRO/2026/039
We kindly request you to submit a sealed quotation for the service detailed below, on or
before 22 nd October 2026 at 10.30 a.m. The sealed quotation should be addressed to:

Kindly include the following details in your quotation:

Quotation validity period
Payment terms/method
Completion period within one (01) month
Technical proposal and financial proposal, as set out in the TOR, including a
comprehensive media plan and strategy
The selected service provider shall submit a Performance Bond equivalent to 5% of the total contract value.

Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2026/039
should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha,
Colombo 7, between 09.00am and 4.00pm on any weekday until 10.00am on 22nd October
2026.
