- Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS)National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, & SLRCS Kurunegala Branch, Kachcheri Road, Kurunegala. Tender documents will be issued from 29th January 2024 on 10.00am to 4.00pm, all weekdays until 08th February 2024 and until 10.00 am on 09th February 2024 on payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).
- Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2024/004 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, and SLRCS Kurunegala Branch, Kachcheri Road, Kurunegala between 09.00am and 4.00pm on any weekday until 08th February 2024 and until 10.30 am on 09th February 2024.
- Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7 (Date & Time will be informed).
