a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS) National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07. Tender documents will be issued from 02.02.2026 on 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, on all weekdays until 10.00 am on 17th February 2026 on payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).
b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2026/011 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00am and 4.00pm on any weekday until 13th February 2026 and until 10.30 am on 17th February 2026.
c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized representative on 17th February 2026 at 12.15 pm at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07.
