a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS) National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07. Tender documents will be issued from 07.05.2025 at 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m., on all weekdays until 21st May 2025 at 10.00 a.m. payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).
b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2025/003 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07, between 09.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on any weekday until 1.00 p.m. on 21st May 2025 .
c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 21st May 2025 at 2.30 pm at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7.
