The Sri Lanka Red Cross Society invites sealed tenders from interested parties for the supply of the following items,

1. Dry Ration packs – 1,500 nos

Specifications for Dry Rations :

1. Rice Red Nadu – 10 kg (1500)
Rice Samba – 10 kg (1500)
2. Wheat flour – 4 kg (1500)
3. White sugar – 3 kg (1500)
4. Red Dhal – 3 kg (1500)
5. Chickpeas – 1 kg (1500)
6. Sprats – 1 kg (1500)
7. Soya meet (90g Pkt) 4 No’s (1500)
8. Tea powder (400g Pkt) 1 No’s (1500)
9. coconut oil 1L Bottle – 1 No’s (1500)
10. Soap (Lifebuoy-100g)- 5 No’s (1500)
11. Toothpaste (160g) – 1 No’s (1500)
12. Panadol box (144 Tablets) 1 No’s (1500)
13. Dettol (500ml Bottle) 1 No’s (1500)
14. Table salt (400g Pkt) 1 No’s (1500)
15. Chili powder – 200g (1500)
16. Curry powder – 200g (1500)
17. Turmeric powder – 50g (1500)
18. Canned Fish (425g) – 4 No’s (1500)
19. Rice Noodles (400g Pkt) 5 No’s (1500)
20. Green grams – 1kg (1500)
21. Ambewela fresh milk (1l Bottle) – 3 No’s (1500)
22. Coriander seeds – 250g (1500)
23. Bags (large) Size 20’’x18’’x8” material Cambella, Colour White Two logos printed (Each logo in Two colours) – 3000nos
24. Bags (small) H14’’xL12’’xw6’’ – 1500 nos

• Transport to the SLRCS Katunayake Warehouse.
• All food Items should meet quality standards for human consumption.
• Bids can be submitted for all items or individual items.

a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS)National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. Tender documents will be issued from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, on all weekdays until 24th January 2023 and until 10.00 am on 25th January 2023 on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).

b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2023/002 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00 am and 4.00 pm on any weekday until 24th January 2023 and until 10.30 am on 25th January 2023.

c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 25th January 2023 at 2.30 pm at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7.
