- All Items should be delivered for 6 times during 03 months.
- Transport to the SLRCS Katunayake Warehouse.
- All food Items should be meet quality standard for human consumption.
- Bids can be submitted for all items or individual items.
- All the Suppliers need to certify by relevant authorities.
- Following items will be given at alternative weeks.

- Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS)National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. Tender documents will be issued from 10.00am to 4.00pm, on all weekdays until 01st February 2024 and until 02.30 pm on 02nd February 2024 on payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash)
- Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2024/002 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00am and 4.00pm on any weekday until 01st February 2024 and until 02.30 pm on 02nd February 2024.
- Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 02nd February 2024 at 3:30pm at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7.
