PURCHASE OF SCHOOL PACKS
The Sri Lanka Red Cross Society invites sealed tenders from interested parties for the supply of School Items Mentioned below.
Specifications for School Items
School packs – quantity 1,500 Nos
- Exercise Books single rule standard size A5 80 pages 10 nos
- Exercise Books single rule standard size A5 160 pages 05 nos
- Exercise Books square rule standard size A5 160 pages 03 nos
- CR Books single rule standard size A4 160 pages 02 nos
- Mathematics Box 01 no
- Ball point Pens Blue 05 nos,Black 02 nos, Red 01 no

- Eraser (medium) 02 nos
- School Bag 01 no
Strong water-proof school bags Materials: Durable Nylon/ Rexin materials with shoulder straps, with Two compartments, one small compartment on the front to keep the Lunch box, and left and right-side pockets to keep water bottle
Size: Medium Bags-Min 14×18
Packing with a clear wrap (use thick polythene) , Pasting a logo( two colour) (4”x8”) sticker

a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS)National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07. Tender documents will be issued from 11.05.2026 at 10.00am to 4.00pm, on all weekdays until 25th May 2026 at 10.00am on payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).
b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2026/027 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07, between 09.00am to 4.00pm on any weekday until 10.30am on 25th May 2026.
c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 25th May 2026 at 11.00 am at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07.
