As a leading actor in the humanitarian field in Sri Lanka, the Sri Lanka Red Cross commits to be accountable to its multiple stakeholders: beneficiaries, partner National Societies, Governance, Staff, Volunteers, the Government, donors, external partners, the International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and others.
The work of the organisation is grounded in its mission and values, placing those it aims to assist at the centre of its work. The seven Fundamental Principles guide our work.
Sri Lanka Red Cross is audited every year and are committed towards transparency in providing information on all funds that are collected for humanitarian work in Sri Lanka by us.
