Calling for Quotations

SLRCS is calling for sealed quotations from reputed suppliers for Purchase of Colour Coded waste Bins sets – (quantity 160 sets) (Blue/Orange/Green/Red -four Bins in each set).

Reference – SLRCS/PRO/2026/033

a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS)National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. Tender documents will be issued from 06.07.2026 on 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, on all weekdays until 10.30 am on 17^th July 2026 on payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).

b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2026/033 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ 106 ,Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00 am and 4.00 pm on any weekday until 10^th July 2026 and until 2.00pm on 17^th July 2026.

c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 17^th July 2026 at 2.30 pm at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07.

On or before 2.30 p.m. on 17^th July 2026
