The 26 branches spread across the island make up the largest and best known humanitarian organization in Sri Lanka. Our work is often difficult and always challenging. Finding the best people in the world to help us carry out this work is our recruitment objective. Our strategy to achieve this is simple but effective.

To help grow and develop the Sri Lanka Red Cross Society, we look for people with sound managerial, administrative and technical experience from within the Movement, other humanitarian organizations, and from the broader private and public sector.
