Based in National Headquarters
An attractive remuneration package will be offered, depending on qualifications, experience, and competencies. |
• Full or Part professional qualification of a recognized accounting body or equivalent With Minimum 03 years of experience in similar capacity. Or • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting with Minimum 03 years of experience in similar capacity. and • Experience with donor funding and proficiency in computerized accounting systems
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and audits
• Strong knowledge of taxation, and statutory compliance
• Exposure to donor-funded projects / NGO will be an added advantage

• Demonstrated professional skills in accounting.

General Requirements
- Sound understanding of humanitarian, community and volunteer-based service interventions.
- Should be a quick learner with the ability of adhering to SLRCS management guidelines and procedures.
- Should be a team player who is self-motivated and with the ability of working under challenging circumstances.
- Abide by and work according to Red Cross and Red Crescent Fundamental Principles.
The SLRCS conducts its general administrative and operational affairs in English Language. The appointment will be on a fixed term contract basis. Only short-listed applicants will be called for interviews.
