b. Duly completed and sealed tenders, marked with the reference number SLRCS/PRO/2025/022, should be deposited (by registered post, courier, or by hand) in the Tender Box at SLRCS National Headquarters, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07, or at the SLRCS Anuradhapura Branch, Moragoda, Thalawa, between 10 November 2025, from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on any weekday, and on 17 November 2025 until 10.30 a.m.
