b) Duly completed and sealed tenders, marked with the reference number SLRCS/PRO/2025/028, should be deposited (by registered post, courier, or by hand) in the Tender Box at SLRCS National Headquarters, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07, or at the SLRCS Mannar Branch, Thalaimannar Road, Chawathkattu, Mannar Island, Mannar. between 05^th December 2025- 00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on any weekday, and on 15 December 2025 until 11.30 a.m.
