Calling Sealed Quotations

For the Prepositioning of (1) Specialized Dengue Kits, (2) Cleaning Equipment for Community Interventions, (3) Cleaning Materials for Community Interventions, and (4) Cleaning Equipment & Materials for School Interventions.

Reference – SLRCS/PRO/2025/018

a. Tenders should be submitted only on the bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS)National Headquarters (NHQ) No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. Tender documents will be issued from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, on all weekdays until 22^nd September 2025, on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).

b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2025/018 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07, between 09.00am and 4.00pm on any weekday until 22^nd September 2025 and until 10.30am on 23^rd September 2025.

c. Eligible suppliers need to provide recent 3 years Audited financial Statements.

d. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 23^rd September 2025 at 11.00 a.m. at the SLRCS – NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07.
