a. Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS)National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07. Tender documents will be issued from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, on all weekdays until 13th January 2026 and until 10.00 am on 23rd January 2026 on payment of a non- refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).
b. Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2026/004 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ 106 ,Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00 am and 4.00 pm on any weekday until 22nd January 2026 and until 10.30 am on 23rd January 2026.
c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 23rd January 2026 at 11.00 am at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07.
