b. Duly completed and sealed tenders, marked with the reference number SLRCS/PRO/2026/012, should be deposited (by registered post, courier, or by hand) in the Tender Box at SLRCS National Headquarters, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07, between 18th February 2026 to 03rd March 2026 – 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on any weekday, and on 04th March 2026 until 2.00 p.m.
c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their duly authorized representatives on 04th March 2026 at 2.30 p.m. at the at the SLRCS National Headquarters, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07.
