a. Tender bid documents are available on the Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS) website

b. Duly completed and sealed tenders, marked with the reference number SLRCS/PRO/2026/015, should be deposited (by registered post, courier, or by hand) in the Tender Box at SLRCS National Headquarters, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07, between 17^th February 2026 – 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on any weekday, and on 25^th February 2026 until 2.00 p.m.

c. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their duly authorized representatives on 25^th February 2026 at 2.30 p.m at the at the SLRCS National Headquarters, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07.
