Calling Sealed Quotations for – Security Services for the Year 2026
Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS) hereby call for sealed quotations from reputed Service providers;
Please submit your sealed quotation for providing security services for the year 2026, as per the details below. Quotations must be submitted on or before 12th December 2025 at 10.30 a.m., addressed to:
Please ensure that your quotation includes the quotation validity period, payment method, and supporting documents of past experience, along with a copy of the Business Registration (BR).
Kindly send your sealed quotation in a separate envelope.
01) To provide security to our National Headquarters situated at 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 07.
During the day time shift (7.00 am to 7.00 pm)
Officer in charge for a 12 hour shift (7.00 am to 7.00 pm) – 01 person – All days in the month (including Saturdays, Sundays & all holidays)
Junior security officer a 12 hour shift (7.00 am to 7.00 pm) – 01 person – All days in the month (including Saturdays, Sundays & all holidays)
Lady security officer a 12 hour shift (7.00 am to 7.00 pm) – 01 person – Monday to Saturday only (excluding mercantile holidays)
(*Note – service of the Lady security officer is not required on Sundays & other mercantile holidays)
During the night time shift (7.00 pm to 7.00 am on following morning)
- Officer in charge only for a 12 hour shift (7.00 pm to 7.00 am on following morning) – All days in the month (including Saturdays, Sundays & all holidays)
02) To provide security to our Katunayake warehouse situated at Naikanda, Katunayake
During the day time shift (7.00 am to 7.00 pm)
Junior security officer for a 12 hour shift (7.00 am to 7.00 pm) – 02 persons – All days in the month (including Saturdays, Sundays & all holidays)
During the night time shift (7.00 pm to 7.00 am on following morning)
Junior security officer for a 12 hour shift (7.00 pm to 7.00 am on following morning) – 02 persons – All days in the month (including Saturdays, Sundays & all holidays)
Deadline for sealed quotations;
