Sri Lanka Red Cross Society invites sealed tenders from interested parties for the supply of the following items:

- All Items should be delivered within 07 days after issuing the purchase order.
- Need to transport to the SLRCS Katunayake Warehouse.
- All food Items should meet quality standards for human consumption.
- Bids can be submitted for all items or individual items.
- All the Suppliers need to be certified by relevant authorities.

- Tenders should be submitted only on bid Documents available with Sri Lanka Red Cross Society (SLRCS)National Headquarters, (NHQ) No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7. Tender documents will be issued from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, on all weekdays until 11th June 2024 and until 02.00 pm on 19th June 2024 on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1000/- (in cash).
- Duly completed sealed Tenders marked with tender reference no. SLRCS/ PRO/2024/017 should be deposited in the Tender Box at SLRCS – NHQ No. 106 Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7, between 09.00 am and 4.00 pm on any weekday until 18th June 2024 and until 02.30 pm on 19th June 2024.
- Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their duly authorized Representative on 19th June 2024 at 2.45 pm at the SLRCS –NHQ, No. 106, Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7.
